Morley Garage Suite

Morley Garage Suite began with an unusual corner property in Calgary’s Banff Trail community. Two sides of the property face public streets, there is no laneway access, and the site previously relied on a parking pad with no existing garage.

The clients approached RVLV to design an attached garage with a secondary suite that could connect naturally to the existing house while responding to these uncommon site conditions. The addition introduces enclosed parking and a new residential unit while using the corner condition to establish a distinct street presence and remain integrated with the existing home.
