Local Multifamily

Local Multifamily is a two-building residential development in Calgary’s Forest Lawn community, comprising four principal homes and four secondary suites. The project was approached with affordability in mind, using compact planning, straightforward forms and restrained material choices to make efficient use of the site while still creating something considered and attractive.

The design is intended to feel familiar within the surrounding neighbourhood rather than overpower it, with clear individual entries, usable landscaped areas and a residential scale that allows the added density to sit comfortably alongside the existing homes.
